This is one of the biggest honors of my career. The Annual National NASPA Conference has been my professional inspiration every year. So it was an absolute honor to be selected by NASPA to be 1 of 11 colleagues from across the country to serve on the NASPA Conference Leadership Committee to plan the 2021 conference. Coming together with the full team in Kansas City was one of the most meaningful professional development opportunities. We sat in one room and deeply discussed the needs of our Higher Education Student Affairs field and how we can create a space for the development of our 7500+ international conference attendees. And the synergy was actually one of the most magical moments.
